Mentoring Tomorrow's Generation
I grew up poor without a mentor or guidance. Today, I run a 23-domain marketing empire and mentor those who want to transform their lives—professionally and personally.
Every week, young professionals reach out to me on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook asking for career advice. They see my journey—from growing up without resources in Houston to building a portfolio of successful businesses—and they want to know how I did it. This website is my answer. Whether you're looking to break into a new industry, scale your business, or simply find direction in life, I'm here to share everything I've learned along the way.

Hello, I'm Kresnier Jeffrey Perez
I'm a Hispanic entrepreneur from Houston, Texas, with roots in Nicaragua. My journey into entrepreneurship wasn't driven by a desire for wealth—it was born out of necessity. I needed to support my family and fund my education, and I quickly learned that waiting for opportunities to come to me wasn't an option. I had to create them myself.
Today, I hold dual master's degrees from Boston University—an MBA from the Questrom School of Business and an MS in Software Engineering. I've earned executive certification from Harvard Business School. But more importantly, I've spent over 15 years in the trenches of Fortune 500 marketing, managing campaigns for companies like Boeing, Sally Beauty, and Innodata, while simultaneously building my own portfolio of 23 business ventures.
My background is unusual. Before I ever touched a marketing campaign, I spent over a decade in medical research at institutions like MD Anderson Cancer Center and Baylor College of Medicine. I'm a published researcher with 70+ citations. I've logged over 1,040 hours of clinical volunteer service. This scientific foundation taught me to think systematically, test hypotheses, and make decisions based on data—not gut feelings.
I've taken everything I've learned—from the research lab to the corporate boardroom to building my own businesses—and distilled it into frameworks that actually work. That's what I share with the people I mentor.
Building & Scaling Businesses
I don't just talk about business—I build them. Here's what I'm actively working on:
Marketing Empire
I'm the CEO of a 23-domain marketing portfolio that generates $75K+ in monthly recurring revenue. These aren't theoretical businesses—they're active, revenue-generating ventures spanning 15 marketing agencies, 2 accounting services, 2 content platforms, and 4 investment vehicles.
Medical Research Background
Before marketing, I dedicated over a decade to medical research at some of the nation's most prestigious institutions. This experience fundamentally shaped how I approach business.
Fortune 500 Marketing Leadership
I've spent 15+ years managing marketing for some of the world's largest companies, giving me a unique perspective on what works at scale.
Industries I've Worked In
My career has taken me across diverse sectors, giving me a unique perspective on what works in marketing, operations, and business development regardless of industry.
Companies I've Worked With
My career has given me the opportunity to work with industry leaders across multiple sectors:
Why I Mentor
I created Kresnier.org because I remember what it felt like to have no one to turn to. Growing up, I didn't have a mentor. I didn't have anyone who had 'been there' to tell me which doors to knock on, which opportunities to pursue, or which mistakes to avoid. Every lesson I learned came the hard way—through trial, error, and sheer persistence.
That experience shaped me, but it also cost me years. Years I spent figuring out things that someone could have told me in a single conversation. I don't want others to pay that same price.
Now, every week, young professionals reach out to me on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. They see my journey and want guidance on their own. They ask questions like: 'How did you transition from research to marketing?' 'Should I get an MBA?' 'How do I negotiate a raise?' 'How did you start your own business while working full-time?'
I answer as many as I can. But I realized I could help more people—and help them more deeply—by creating a structured mentorship program. That's what this is.
Whether you're looking to break into business, scale your company, navigate corporate politics, or simply find direction in life, I'll share my stories with you. The wins, the failures, the strategies that worked, and the ones that didn't. I'll be the guide I never had.
I grew up poor and didn't have a mentor or guidance in my own life. Today, I use everything I've learned to help others avoid the same struggles and achieve their potential faster.
This isn't just a tagline—it's the driving force behind everything I do. Every business I build, every person I mentor, every piece of content I create is guided by this principle.
